We are a people wholly dependent upon the grace of God, and this grace shapes and changes our lives to the very core. God’s grace comes to us in Jesus Christ: being the second person of the Trinity, he came to earth, died the death we deserved, and conquered death by rising again. We trust Jesus to save us from sin and death and to bring us into a family relationship with the Father through the power of the Holy Spirit.
This life-changing truth is grounded in the Bible, God’s infallible word. All of what we do at BPC comes from the Bible. We believe our faith is rooted in real historic events, so we stand with the church of ages past and affirm the historic Creeds of Christianity (such as the Apostles’ Creed and Nicene Creed). Our understanding of the Bible leads us to a Reformed, Presbyterian conviction about its teachings. We believe that it is our mission as a church of Jesus Christ to proclaim the gospel so that all might hear it and turn to Christ.
Our vision is sharing the love of the Father, the grace of His Son, and the fellowship of his Spirit in Ballantyne and beyond.
